Hey guys!! My name is Alison Hill and I can not wait to go to India with all of you and get to know each of you! I am from Canton, GA and I am 20, but I'll be 21 by the time we see each other! I go to North Georgia College and State University were I am a secondary math education major and in the sorority Alpha Gamma Delta! If you have heard of Young Life I'm involved with that too! Lets see....I've grown up in the same town my entire life and have gone to the same church my entire life (the same church as Kelli)! I have two amazing parents who have led me to my relationship with Christ! My dad is where I got my huge passion for missions! International missions are my favorite thing in the world and I hope to maybe one day go into it full time either that or youth pastor or non-profit! I have only one sister, Catherine, and she is 22 and works at Disney World! I love her to death and we are pretty close (the 2 of us are in the bottom picture)! But yeah my family is really awesome! I have 6 longtime best friends! Two since I was born (Sarah and Mallory), 3 that I grew up with at church since we were 3 in preschool, and another from the 2nd grade (Abbye)! I have incredible friends where I am at school too! Most of which are my sorority sisters who have come to be some of my most supportive and loving sisters in Christ! God is so incredible though and I am so excited about discovering more of that this summer! I love to play sports! Football is my favorite! But I have done gymnastics (longtime ago), swimming, and softball in the past! This past summer I was an intern at my youth group back at home and loved it! But I missed not going on a mission trip! I have been to Honduras 5 times and then to Ghana two summers ago! But no have ever been as long as this trip is going to be which makes me even more excited! God is going to reveal so much to us this summer and I cant wait!
The 1st picture is of me and the 3 girls from preschool. The 2nd picture is me and Kelli considering she's still working on putting them up! The 3rd is Sarah, Abbye, and me! The 4th is me in Ghana, and the 5th is me and my sister!
Hello, hello, HELLOoooo! My name is Adria (pronounced A-dree-uh), and I am, now, living in Oklahoma. The reason I say, "now," is because I have only been here three months. I moved here to help take care of my grandparents. When, I first moved out here it was tough, but I thank the Lord for the ability to make friends, easily, or else I would have been absolutely lost and terrified. I'm not really from anywhere, because my mom was in the military. I have lived in many areas, but have never been past the Midwest.
I'm currently in school, but not in school. Haha. I'm in between schools due to my move. I am pursuing a degree in Nursing. After much thought, though, I've realized I don't really know what I want to do. I would love to do something in health care, seeing as that type of knowledge completely captivates me, but it's whatever the Lord chooses to do with me that I will follow.
I have wanted to go to India since I was a little girl. It's actually a really cool story:
When I was little, I went to a daycare that was operated by a lady who was a native of India. She would always come dressed in her traditional attire. She had a distinct smell, I can't remember exactly, but I always imagined that's what India would smell like. After moving to many other places, my family was stationed in Abilene, Texas. (I LOVE TEXAS!) By 6th grade I had learned that people in India did not eat cows. I now know that they are mostly vegetarians, but at that time the "cow knowledge" was all that I had acquired. I was fascinated, even more! At that moment, I heard a small, but, very distinct voice saying that I was meant to go to India. While living there, I attended a church and in the congregation was a lady who had been doing missions in India for over 30 years! I wanted to be just like her. I didn't fully understand missions or anything, really, about God. I was just going through the motions, so to speak. My mom took me and my brothers to church, but I was never dedicated in my heart. My sophomore year of high school I gave my life to the Lord. It was emotional, but it was very much needed. I was completely broken and restored. When I came to the Lord, I heard the calling even louder, "You are going to India." I didn't know when or how, but I know that the Lord will take me there in his time and way.
I am, overwhelmingly, excited about going to India. I can't even imagine what it's like, even after hearing all the stories about it. I can't wait to meet you all and grow with you in the Word. I always get really excited about meeting brothers and sisters in Christ. I mean, it's going to be cool in Heaven to see everyone, but I want to be like, "Hey, what's up!? Long time no see! I've missed you!!! :)" I like that God is letting me "jump the gun" with some people.
My Name is Kelli Weinschenk, and I am from Roswell, GA. I am nineteen years old and a freshman at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA. It is a really small school that you probably have never heard of, but I love it so much!
My family is extremely close, and they have all been such a great role model to me as I have grown up! I am the youngest of three girls. My sisters are 24 and 26. My middle sister is a special ed teacher in Nashville, Tennessee, and my oldest sister is married and has a two year old son. My nephew is so great and such a wonderful blessing in my life, I love him so much! My mom is the person I look up to the most. She has such a big heart, and showed me what it is like to love unconditionally.
I have a heart for mission work, and I love serving the Lord! This trip kind of came out of no where, but I am so excited! God is going to move in such awesome ways and I cannot wait to see how he is going to show his face. I can't wait to get to know all of you and serve the lord together!

Well hello friend. So here it goes, some little info about me. Um lets see here, I am 19 years old and have been in college for two years now. Right now I attend Town East Tech (otherwise known as the community college in Mesquite). I was born in Dallas, Texas and have grown up in a suburb right outside of Dallas called Mesquite. My fav color is lime green, I own 15 pairs of vans, and I would rather listen to music and read a book then watch tv. I have been in my relationship with my lord Jesus Christ sense I was 12 :). I am a supervioser for Chick Fil A, and I love it.I have been very blessed to be able to work with some amazing people, and have the best support from my work team. I attend one of the greatest church's in the area called Community Life aka C|life. I finished up a Internship in August with my church, and got to work with some amazing youth kids that I hold dear to my heart. My family is very crazy, hardly a dead moment with us. Ok, so there is my mom Sherri and her husband Berry. My older step sister Emily, my twin Amanda, younger step brother Ryan, and younger sister Lauren. And then you have my father Cruz. And I wish I could go into detail about my best friends Robyn and Josh, and what there familys mean to me. But, thats a different story for another day. :) But this is me in a nut shell.
